Meet Tiny Mindful Moments

As a mom of two littles, I know how important it is to instill mindfulness practices in children from an early age. As an experienced educator and certified yoga teacher, my classes provide a fun and interactive way for children to develop these essential skills. Through mindfulness techniques and playful yoga poses, I create a safe space where kids can connect with themselves and others in a positive way.

Our Classes

Our mission at Tiny Mindful Moments is to introduce kids to the benefits of mindfulness and yoga at an early age. Our 30-minute sessions are a perfect way for kids to unwind, relax and connect their mind, body and breath. We teach kids to embrace mindfulness as a tool to help cope with stress, anxiety and difficult emotions. Our yoga flows include both dynamic and calming poses, allowing kids to experience the benefits of both. And the best part? Our sessions are completely free!
