Tiny Mindful Moments is all about helping parents and caregivers promote the mental and physical wellbeing of their children and themselves. I am excited to be offering mindfulness activities designed to help children calm their minds and develop mindfulness skills. I believe it's never too early to introduce children to these life-changing practices. The mindfulness activities are designed to promote fun, relaxation and cognitive skills for all ages.
